Optimization of Titles Blogger posts
Major search engines give great weight to the name, so it is important that you craft your book after carefully. To optimize the post title to their key words and ensure that the title clearly explains what a blog post about. Try to put your keywords in the beginning of the title for best results and do not repeat key words in the title. Avoid long names like Google only shows about 65 characters in search results anyway.
Name tags are important if your Blogger blog is to attract traffic and rank in the search results. On the main page of your blog blog name appears between the title tags while on each individual page message is the title of the article. Make sure you know your target keywords and use them in your message. One factor in determining the relevance ranking is the key word in relation to the text that appears in the message content.
Change the order of Title Blog Name and Post Office to improve SEO
One of the key changes you can make for Blogger, which will significantly improve the SEO of your blog is to adjust the heading tags.
By default Blogger tags title is not optimized for search engines. Blog name appears before the title of the article, which is not search engine friendly. Since search engines read from left to right, and give preference to the one that was the first with a display name of your blog before your post title is significant. To improve the SEO it pays to regulate the heading tags, so the message your name appears first:

Optimizing Blogger Permalinks
Hand in hand with the title tag is an ongoing permanent link that is created when a message is published. In the past, the major search engines like Google and prevail tags lth1> before anything else, but how important and lth1> tag is now less certain. You can adjust the size of the title of your post title if you want to still take care to ensure the appearance of the template will not be compromised. Larger the font will be the result, and it could mean other parts of your blog will need to be adjusted to compensate. Improved SEO, using heading tags for posts
Title tags can be used to good effect in your posts. Make sure that you only have one and lth1> header on the page if you have one at all, and a reserve for your post title. Use & lth2> and & lth3> headers of all your posts, to highlight key points and targeted keywords. Major search engines do pay attention and lth2> and & lth3> headers when scanning your blog. To add emphasis to the title of your blog, just enclose the title in & lth3> tags.

There is a hack that can be used to add breadcrumb navigation to blog Blogger Blogspot. Adding a chain of transitions may increase your blog's SEO, but also improve as readers to get around.
Breadcrumb navigation provides the text to reflect the location of the visitor to the blog. Breadcrumb Contains links to allow visitors to quickly get around your blog and jump from one part of your blog to another. For example bread crumbs to post about meta-tags will be Home> Meta Tags> Add Meta Tags to Blogger for better SEO. Anchor text, such as "meta-tag 'informs search engines about the subject of the linked page. Search engines view a chain with a text link on the relevant keywords in the post is important.

Usually casual bloggers don't understand the need of proper SEO strategies and later stop blogging due to low traffic. If they invest in good SEO services or the social media and Google Adwords Campaign Management etc, they can easily get enough traffic to maintain their motivation to keep blogging.
